This battery works very well in my Vtech phone (model #MI6896). The original model number of the batteries it came with was 27910. The batteries all started to die about 1.5 years after we bought the phones (meaning that even after being charged all night, they wouldn't last for more than half an hour). I've had these new batteries for about a month and they have worked very reliably so far. I am the only one in the family that regularly puts the phones back on the charger after using them, and as a result some of them regularly go overnight (or more) without being put back in the charger. Despite this, there have been no problems with any of the phones dying in the middle of a call (even a long one).

My wife really liked our phones, so rather than get new ones, we decided to just replace the batteries. These worked great. They were easy to change and cheap.

The batteries are fantastic. Like all other reviews for this product, the price for shipping is ridiculous. But look, their price for batteries are still cheap. So I ordered 5 just so that the "shipping price" doesn't increase later on.

The price of the battery can't be beat. One of the handset batteries in our at&t phone died. Since we have three more handsets I ordered a total of four batteries. The shipping is high, but the grand total is still a great price compared to other brands/stores.

I was very pleased with the product. It replaced my old battery perfectly. The phones are working with no problems. Just remember to allow your battery to charge for a little while in the phone cradle.

My Vtech phone system with 4 handsets had their batteries all die within 2 weeks. I went to Walmart and found replacement batteries priced at $15 each. I bought 2, installed 1, went to Amazon and found these at 1/3 the price. Installed these batteries and they work fine.....and then I returned the second battery to Walmart!!

These batteries appear to be the same as my original equipment batteries, and so far work great!!!

The batteries were sent and received in a timely manner. They work just fine, meaning they were the right fit and size for the phone. They seem to be holding their charge and actually helped my phone. THe old batteries couldn't handle the 'Speakerphone' option and would reset/reboot the phone each time I hit the speakerphone button and now it doesn't do that. Thanks!

After a couple of years with our AT&T cordless phones, the batteries kept dying within 10 minutes of being on the phone. Not wanting to purchase new phones or pay just as much for batteries, these batteries seemed like a good alternative! And so far they definitely are... They are soooo worth the price and work beautifully with the AT&T cordless phones!
