This phone has been easy to use. Some of it's features we discovered as we used it. I have two of these phones and one of them has a battery that doesn't last any time at all because I didn't follow directions and fully discharge the batter a couple of times when first using it. My previous phones had a cone shape ear piece that made it easier to hear conversations. This phone does feel nice and fit nice in your hand.

This phone does not work on its own. It only came with a power cable and battery, there is no phone jack. You have to have the base phone ($90) to program it with this phone so that you can use them together. When I first bought this, that was not clear in the description.
