Had this phone for a week now Very simple to use and setup. Didn't even need to refer to the instructions. Lightweight and comfortable to hold. Large, clear display is easy to read even without my glasses on. Well worth the price.

I got this phone for an elderly friend in a nursing home. She has very poor vision.
This phone is working well for her and she likes it very much.

For the price its ok but I needed this for a senior and this was not enough. I felt that the advertising was more than it should have been.

Upon receiving my new Motorola DECT 6.0 phone, I unpacked the box and proceeded to read the Quick Start Guide. I was unable to remove the battery compartment cover in order to install the battery. Being that I'm a senior with arthritic hands I had to finally find someone who was strong enough to remove the cover. I was under the impression that this model phone was geared toward the senior population. I am also disappointed because the 6.0 is not compatible with the other cordless phone that I have in my house, which is 2.4 GHZ. I think the idea is to have multiple hand sets of the same in the house.
